As you know Firepower Management Center (FMC) version 6.x does not require unit license (2, 10 or 25). If you ever wondered how many sensors you can ACTUALLY support on virtual FMC appliance the answer is 25. And it is a hard limit which does not depend on the Sensor model, number of IPS event or total events per second.
Keep this in mind and plan carefully your large deployments.
