Your Cisco ISE Posture Updates may be failing with the following error: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.
This is happening due to missing trusted root and intermediate certificates and can be fixed by importing GeoTrust root and intermediate into the trusted certificate store.
Components:
Cisco ISE: 2.0.0.306 Patch 1
The following certificates need to be imported. They can be obtained from Cisco TAC or online.
Make sure and select Trust for authentication of Cisco Services when importing.
Import process does not impact ISE services and takes effect right away.
